Brabyns at The Brits!

Posted: 3rd March 2026

Last weekend the Brit Awards came to sunny Manchester and we were very proud to see not one, but two Brabyns Alumni showcasing their individual talents at the event.

A stunning city wide Art Trail was curated especially for the Brits by celebrated Manchester artist Stanley Chow. This open air gallery featured a range of artists and designs, alongside his own recognisable portraiture. Stan attended Brabyns up until the age of 11 before spreading his artistic wings and making his mark on the cultural landscape with his inimitable style.

Meanwhile another Brabyns student played her part inside the arena on the night of the event. Alex Warren’s elegant performance of his number one hit, ‘Ordinary’ was supported by Brabyns’ own Anya Munro who featured in the Halle Choir, providing backing vocals for the singer. (pictured just behind Alex Warren’s right shoulder).  Anya was Performing Arts Captain during her time at Brabyns.  She is currently completing a degree apprenticeship with Jaguar Land Rover and sings with the incredible Halle Choir in her spare time.

It was a delight to see Stan & Anya ‘representing’ last weekend. We always love to celebrate our Brabyns Alumni and the Brits has given us a double reason this year!!
