Brabyns’ School and Nursery Development Plan 2025/26
We are excited to share our whole school & Nursery priorities for the new academic year.
Character Education
Brabyns’ Character Education focus will be prioritised to emphasise the intentional teaching of core values such as respect, responsibility, honesty, empathy, and perseverance.
Our goal is to boost academic learning by promoting positive behaviour, enhancing relationships, and creating a safe and inclusive environment.
Making character education a school priority ensures that a Brabyns child not only achieves academically but also grows into a responsible, compassionate, and principled citizen.
Assessment & Marking
Restructuring Brabyns’ assessment schedule will provide clearer, more timely, and more meaningful insights into student progress; ensuring that our parents receive information when it is most relevant and actionable.
Refining the reporting process further benefits parents by making feedback easier to understand and more focused on next steps.
Clear, concise, and constructive reporting helps parents support their child more effectively at home. It also promotes a shared language between school and home, strengthening the partnership needed to guide each student’s academic and personal development.
