As part of our celebration of ‘British Science Week’ (March 10th – 19th 2023), Brabyns’ Junior classes took part in a CSI Forensics Whodunit Challenge Workshop
The children enjoyed an exciting, engaging and immersive range of activities that showcased how the Science they learn in school can have a powerful impact in the real world. The day started with the introduction of a ‘crime scene’ and progressed to the examination of forensic exhibits, evidence interpretation, and the presentation of evidence in a courtroom trial.
Implementing biology, chemistry and physics based skills along with cooperation and impressive teamwork, the children became CSI style investigators who worked together to solve a particularly complex and heinous crime.
Thank you to Sci High Forensics for bringing their skills and knowledge in to Brabyns to celebrate British Science Week and enhance our STEM and Science learning.
