Year 2 Roald Dahl Day

Year 2 enjoyed a super day all based on the wonderful world of Roald Dahl!

After sharing the story of The BFG, the children made their own Dream Catchers. They also completed work on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, creating their very own scrumdiddlyumptious chocolate!

The children looked fantastic in their costumes and it was lovely to celebrate all of their English work this term based on Roald Dahl. Over the term they have written character descriptions, story plans and alternative endings, their achievement through being engaged in the texts has been a pleasure to witness.
