The children had an exciting number-filled day on 2 February, as they joined in with the annual NSPCC Number Day. There were some wonderfully creative number-inspired additions to the School uniform, including pipe cleaner number glasses, numbered socks, a grandfather clock outfit, a dartboard head and a dice costume, which proved rather restrictive in the arm department!
On a serious note, the children raised lots of money for this year’s charity, the NSPCC. In addition (forgive the pun…) they engaged in exciting activities, the most fiercely contested being ‘Who Wants to be a Mathionnaire,’ in which two Year 6 children became millionaires!
