Thank you for your interest in Brabyns Prep School. Even though everyday life may have paused, planning for your child's education doesn't have to, and we are delighted to be able to virtually welcome you to our school.
We hope that our website, videos, photos and online prospectus give you a flavour of what Brabyns has to offer, and we will be delighted to welcome you to the school as soon as we possibly can.
Our virtual admissions process is outlined below. In the first instance, we would invite you to get in touch with our Admissions team on email@example.com or via our enquiry form.
We look forward to meeting you and learning more about your child, albeit virtually for the time being.
We invite you to contact Mr Sanders on firstname.lastname@example.org or complete our enquiry form. We can then discuss the next steps in our admissions process. We are more than happy to answer any initial questions you may have at this stage.
We invite you to meet with our Headteacher Mr Sanders, virtually via video call. In the meeting, you can discuss your child's needs and ask questions about how Brabyns can help nurture and support your child's education. Depending on which year group your child would be joining, we will also ensure you meet relevant members of our team virtually.
Following a meeting, we will invite you to register for a place at Brabyns. We can discuss any assessments that may be required depending on the year group they would be joining. For children who are joining Nursery or Reception, we would ask for a contact at your child's current school or nursery, whilst for pupils who are joining Year One onwards, we will ask for a recent school report and a reference from your child's current school.
Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will be able to confirm whether we are able to offer a place for your child. We will then send a formal offer letter together with our Terms and Conditions, which you will need to sign and agree to in order to accept a place.
