Payment Methods
The preferred payment method is annually, for this we give a 4% discount. Fees can also be paid termly (before or on the first day of each term), or by standing order over 10 months. Fees can be paid by Debit or Credit cards, there is a 2% charge for credit card payments. Wraparound fees are invoiced the following term.
Late Payment
If you are not able to pay your fees on time please contact the School Business Manager, so as we can assist you. If this isn’t adhered to the following applies.
A 15% charge will be added to any fees not paid within 7 days of the due date. If fees aren’t paid within 21 days of the due date the matter may be passed to the small claims court and your child not allowed to attend school until it is settled.
*Nursery Fees
Little Gems ~ The normal fee for Little Gems is £1,435, this enables you to reserve your child a place for five sessions of the week (although you may decide they do not attend all five sessions, especially at the start of the year). There is also a set fee for three full days, this is not always available, depending on the intake as we are only permitted to have a certain number of children in each session.
Kindergarten ~ The Kindergarten fee allows you to send your child for as many of the ten sessions in the week as you would like. A place is always reserved for your child. We ask parents to let us know if there is a session (or sessions) in a week that they definitely will not regularly require, but should you need this session at a later date in the year you will still be free to use it.
** Nursery Grants
Due to our Foundation Stage reaching the required standard, parents with children aged 3 and 4 receive a Nursery Grant each term. Currently this averages out to be a saving of £515 per term. This is automatically taken off the fees, (the price in brackets is the approximate cost you would actually be invoiced for). For more details contact the School Business Manager.
*** Year 5 & 6 Fees
The additional charge for Years 5 and 6 reflect the extra teacher we are able to offer in these classes. This is to further ensure individual attention and support for every child and in preparation for the Independent Schools Exams. The Year 6 children will receive their extra support from September until the end of ‘Spring 1’ half-term. The Year 5 children will receive their additional support from the start of ‘Spring 2’ half-term until the end of the academic year. The excellent exam results we have had since we introduced this structure six years ago certainly indicate the success of this additional support.
